Protester bites cop outside US military base on Okinawa

Protests and rallies are important and a sign of a healthy democracy. “Protests over the U.S. military presence on Okinawa are a part of daily life outside U.S. military installations on the island,” can be overturned if burden is lessened for Okinawa and an equal share of security is spread across Japan.
